Within each semester
- First-term examination, mid-term examination and final examination, each announced by notice with its schedule and seat plan.
- Add and drop of courses in the first weeks. A course dropped within 15 days is refunded in full; from day 16 to 30, with the instructor's permission, 50% of tuition is charged.
- Initiation programme and orientation for new students before classes begin.
- Practicum, internship defence and comprehensive examination schedules for students in their final semesters.
The calendar file repeats the three semesters and the insurance deadlines every year and can be added to a phone or computer calendar.
